Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of December 2022, at 11:45 a.m. o’clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner(s), Jenna Lynn Vittetoe Ryckman will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her name from Jenna Lynn Vittetoe Ryckman to Jenna Lynn Vittetoe. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
