INVITATION TO BID
Wheeling Park and the Wheeling Park Commission invite proposals to provide all Mechanical Contracting Work, including labor, material, and equipment for:
Wheeling Park Ice Rink
Chiller Replacement Mechanical Contracting Work
Project consists of the removal and legal disposal of refrigerant, demolition and disposal of existing chillers and refrigerant piping. New work includes the installation of Owner provided chillers and condensers. The contractor will provide and install refrigerant piping and appurtenances, insulation and refrigerant. Contractor will also provide and install any low voltage control wiring between the units.
All Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents issued by the Owner and the Request for Bids. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Owner either at the pre-bid meeting or by contacting Curt Byrum at 304-243-4004 or 304-281-0336.
A MANDATORY PREBID MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR:

Attendance is MANDATORY. All Bidders MUST attend the prebid meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project location, site conditions and other relevant information. Other site visits are permissible but the Owner must be advised prior to such visit.
Sealed Bids will be received by Wheeling Park Commission until 2:00 pm, on Thursday, July 28, 2016. Bids may be hand delivered on the day of the bid to:

The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the White Palace Teen Center at that time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids and bidding.
