CIVIL COMPLAINT
The Defendant, Victoria R. Fasick, owned property located at 5213 Glenbrook Drive, Vienna, Wood County, West Virginia, had mortgage and proper lien by United Bank, lien holder. On the 25th day of October, 2022, sale of the property occurred and David C. Nohe and Pamela S. Nohe purchased the property through a foreclosure. The Plaintiff Nohe does not know the where abouts of Defendant, Victoria Fasick.
Now that Plaintiffs are now the owner of 5213 Glenbrook Drive, Wood County, Vienna, West Virignia, they request eviction of Defendant, Victoria Fasick.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiffs respectfully demand that this Unlawful Detainer Civil Complaint be filed and proper process issue; that the Plaintiffs be granted a judgment for compensatory damages against the Defendant, VICTORIA R. FASICK, in sums sufficient to compensate set forth herein and otherwise; and that the Plaintiffs be further granted prejudgment and post judgment interest; attorney’s fees and costs thereon; and that they be granted further relief as the nature of their case may require.
