On or about September 2, 2009, L.W. the above-named child, was born to TIFFANY SPROUSE. It appears that whereabouts of the Mother, TIFFANY SPROUSE, of the above-named child is unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JANUARY 13, 2023, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, TIFFANY SPROUSE, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, FOURTH CIRCUIT PUBLIC DEFENDER CORPORATION, 320 JULIANA STREET, SUITE 101, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 699-3810.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, TIFFANY SPROUSE with respect of the above-named child L.W.
