MYLES STADIUM CONCESSION STAND PAVILION
General Notice
City of Pennsboro (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following project:
Myles Stadium Concession Stand Pavilion
Lump Sum Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Pennsboro Municipal Building located at 422 Main Street, Pennsboro, West Virginia 26415 until Friday, December 30, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be read.
The project includes the following Work:
Demolition of existing sidewalk 40′ to be removed, construction of a new 16′ x 36′ Pavilion, roof to include concession stand and pavilion. Relocation of water fountain, and installation of a 46′ bin block retaining wall.
Bids are being requested by the City of Pennsboro
The work will be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date the Contract Times commence to run, and completed ready for final payment within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Information and Bidding Documents for the project will be available at the City of Pennsboro Municipal Building during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)

All bidding contractors shall have a valid WV Contractors license and be fully insured. All bidders will be required to submit two (2) references with their bid. The City of Pennsboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
