AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that The Chemours Company FC, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for The T6 Polymer Production Process located on 8480 DuPont Road, Washington, West Virginia near Parkersburg, West Virginia located in Wood County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: (39.2700073, -81.674519).
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants in tons per year will be:

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of April 2023. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at DEPAirQuality [email protected].
