Parkersburg/Wood County HOME Consortium HOME Investment Partnership Program Proposed Substantial Amendment
Notice is hereby given by the Parkersburg/Wood County HOME Consortium, that public comments are invited regarding the proposed changes to the HOME Investment Partnership Program. Changes to the budget include removing $216,273.76 in 2018 HOME funds from a New Construction/Rehab Targeted Area project and $33,726.24 in 2019 HOME funds from a Community Based Development Organization project. These funds will be applied to the 2022 project Patriot Point Affordable Housing Project. These proposed changes will be presented to the Parkersburg City Council for their review and adoption at its meeting scheduled on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 7:30 PM. Proposed changes will also be presented to the Wood County Commission for review and adoption at its meeting scheduled on December 12, 2022 at 9:30 AM.
As part of the City’s Citizen Participation Plan, the City of Parkersburg will receive comments until December 21, 2022.
