Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JANUARY 9, 2023, at the hour of 3:30 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
