Notice of Application
Notice is given that Toll Compaction Group LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for a Granulating, Blending & Milling operation located on 130 Commerce Drive, in Washington, WV, in Wood County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: Latitude: 39.238790 and Longitude: -81.678379.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants: Particular Matter (PM): 31 Tons Per Year, PM10: 15.5 Tons Per Year.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of April 2023. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57 th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at
