ORDER OF CONTINUANCE
On the 17th day of November, 2022, this matter came on before Steven A. Jones, Family Court Judge, pursuant to notice for hearing upon the petition for divorce filed herein. The petitioner appeared in person and appeared pro-se. The respondent did not appear. The proceedings were electronically recorded as required by law.
Upon the petitioner needing to do an Order of Publication and have it ran for two weeks in the paper and also the petitioner needing to bring a witness to the next hearing, the Court taking no action in this matter ORDERED that this matter be and hereby is continued until the 26th day of January, 2023, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. for hearing upon the petition for divorce.
The Clerk is directed to mail an attested copy of this Order to the petitioner and the respondent at their last known addresses of record.
All of which is accordingly, ADJUDGED and ORDERED.
