Qualifications
The City of Vienna is seeking a qualified architectural/ engineering firm for final design and engineering services for the 12 th Street Kayak Launch. The City is looking to develop what has commonly been known as the 12 th Street Property. The design firm will develop final plans/drawings for the development of the 12th Street Kayak Launch.
The services to be provided may include planning, detailed design, preparation of construction plans regarding the launch, access ramp, parking layout, design of piers and connection points, bidding documents, and assistance during bidding and construction phase services.
Procurement of said services will be in accordance with West Virginia Code Chapter 5G-1-3 and all other relevant WV statutes, rules, and regulations as well as any relevant City of Vienna ordinances, rules, or regulations. Qualified firms are encouraged to submit their qualifications. Interested firms or individuals must hold a valid “Certificate of Authorization” to practice engineering in the State of West Virginia.
