On or about April 13, 2015, R.F. and on or about November 8, 2006 A.F. the above-named children, were born to AMBER PERRY-FARNSWORTH. It appears that whereabouts of the Mother, AMBER PERRY-FARNSWORTH, of the above-named children is unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on MARCH 21, 2023, at the hour of 10:15 o’clock a.m. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, AMBER PERRY-FARNSWORTH, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, PUBLIC DEFENDER CORPORATION, 320 JULIANA STREET, STE 101, PARKERSBURG, WV has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 699-3810.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, AMBER PERRY-FARNSWORTH with respect of the above-named children R.F. and A.F.
