On or about August 9, 2014 W.L., the above-named child, was born to STEPHANIE WHALEY. It appears that the whereabouts of the father, JASON LEWIS, of the above-named child is unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on FEBRUARY 17, 2023 at the hour of 1:45 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, JASON LEWIS, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, F. JOHN OSHOWAY, ATTORNEY AT LAW, POST OFFICE BOX 4185, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 377-2499.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, JASON LEWIS with respect of the above-named children, W.L.
