The Randolph County Board of Education Elkins, WV will receive bids for the REBID – ADA Sidewalk Ramp at Third Ward Elementary School until 2:00 p.m., local prevailing time on the 9th day of February 2023, at the office of the Randolph County Board of Education, 40 Eleventh Street, Elkins, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference, for General Construction has been scheduled for the 26th day of January at 9:00 a.m., at Third Ward Elementary School 111 Nathan St., Elkins, WV. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting.

The contract documents are available only from the architect’s Project Management Website. Login credentials will be sent to plan rooms, all prospective contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers after the request is made to [email protected]. Addenda will only be distributed electronically to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.

This Project is funded through a American Rescue Plan Elementary & Secondary Schools Emergency Relief Fund (ARP ESSERF) Grant and subject to all Federal and State Guidelines including but not limited to 41 U.S.C. 1908, 41 CFR Part 60 -1.3 for Equal Employment Opportunity, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148 for the Davis-Bacon Act, 40 U.S.C. 3701-3708 for Contract Hours and Safety Standards, 42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q Clean Air Act, 2 CFR sections 200.323 Domestic Preferences for Procurement, 2 CFR sections 200.321 contracting for small and minority business, women business enterprises and labor surplus area firms, 2 CFR section 200.323 Procurement of recovered materials, 34 CFR section 75.609 and section 75.610 for access by persons of disabilities and all Federal statues in regards to discrimination.

The Board of Education of the County of Randolph, Elkins, WV reserves the right to reject any or
all bids.
