On or about April 28, 2022, M.J. the above-named child, was born to KRYSTI JOHNSON. It appears that whereabouts of the Father, ELZIE WILLIAMS, of the above-named child are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on MARCH 14, 2023 at the hour of 10:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, ELZIE WILLIAMS, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, ELZIE WILLIAMS with respect of the above-named child M.J.
