The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CHRISTOPHER CHARLES LEE ORTEGA is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, CHRISTOPHER CHARLES LEE ORTEGA Respondent, serve upon MARGIE MARIE WILT, Petitioner, whose address is 911 Tefft Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before March 9, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
