Request for Qualifications
Polymer Alliance Zone is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced Engineering Firms to consult with their team on upcoming maintenance and renovation projects for the 2023 calendar year. Work shall include but not be limited to simple renovations, repairs, and maintenance to their surrounding facilities in the State of West Virginia.
Qualified firms are encouraged to submit their qualifications highlighting their experience in simple renovations, repairs, and maintenance in similar projects they have completed.

Qualifications should include the following: Company Background, Proposed Project Team and Subconsultants, Relevant and Recent Project Experience of Simple Renovations and Repairs, Project Approach with timeline, and Professional References.
Qualifications should be emailed to Keith Burdette on or before February 15,2023 at 12 noon.
