The object of this suit is to declare certain rights and quiet title to real estate owned by the Plaintiffs situated in Union District, Wood County, WV known as Tract 49-Ac 133-P Carpenter Run.

It appearing that there are certain unknown Defendants and/or that are potential Defendants that are non-residents of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ORDERED that the above named Defendants, or other unknown parties who may claim an interest in the real estate of the Plaintifs, file an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Complaint filed in this action, on or before March 9, 2023. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
