PLANNING COMMISSION
The City of Williamstown Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 7:00p.m. in the Williamstown City Council Chambers, 100 W. 5 th Street, Williamstown, WV 26187. The following item will be discussed:
Request by Tonya’s Country Kitchen LLC, 1349 Highland Avenue, Williamstown, WV for a variance from City Code Article 1321.01 prohibiting video lottery establishments within 1000 horizontal feet, property line to property line by a straight-line measurement from any other property in which any form of gambling, game of chance, and/or video lottery is played, or any hotel, state highway interchange or corridor or any other state facility.
