Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of March 2023, at 9:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner(s), Ashley Godfrey will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Zoey Shae Barker to Zoey Shae Godfrey. and Braylee Christine Barker to Braylee Christine Godfrey. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
