The object of the above-referenced action is to permit the minor child to be legally adopted by the Petitioners.
And it appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the last known address of Charles Lester Collins is unknown, or is avoiding service, it is hereby ORDERED that CHARLES LESTER COLLINS, serve upon Justin M. Raber, counsel for the Petitioners, whose address is P. O. Box 345, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26102, a response or any defense you have to this action on or before the 17th day of March, 2023. A hearing on the Petition for Adoption will be held on the 27th day of March, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. before the Hon. J.D. Beane, Circuit Court Judge, located at #2 Government Square, Room 421, Parkersburg, WV. If you fail to do so, judgement will thereafter be taken against you.
