It is hereby ordered that, LORI FAYE FLUHARTY Respondent, serve upon KENNETH EUGENE FLUHARTY, Petitioner, whose address is 1717 Beaver Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before April 7, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
