The object of the above entitled action for the Plaintiff to quiet title on the following properties: 2601 and 2603 16th Street City of Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia known as # 251 Beverly Heights Manor Addition, #201 Beverly Heights Manor Addition, and PT 202 Beverly Heights Manor Addition that were purchased by Plaintiff at a tax sale. That the Defendants be required to answer or make appearance in the above styled quiet title action.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff, STINE & HUBERT, LLC it is ordered that the UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF IVA MASSEY and TREVIA R. PROVINCE do serve upon the Wood County Circuit Court, whose address is 2 Government Square Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 17 2023, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF IVA MASSEY and TREVIA R. PROVINCE at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
