Federal Regulation 40 CFR 403.8(f)(2)(vii) requires the Parkersburg Utility Board, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority for the Parkersburg service community, to comply with the public participation requirements of 40 CFR 25. This regulation requires the annual publication, in the daily newspaper with the largest circulation in the service community, of a list of industrial users determined to have been in significant non-compliance (SNC) with pretreatment limitations at any time during the previous twelve (12) month period.
Accordingly, The Parkersburg Utility Board provides the following list of industries that met the criteria for SNC during the previous year.
