The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CHARLES FRANKLIN BROCK is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, CHARLES FRANKLIN BROCK Respondent, serve upon MICHAELA MAE BROCK, Petitioner, whose address is 1104 38th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26104, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before April 14, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
