30 1508 BEAVER ST, located in PARKERSBURG CORP, which was returned delinquent in the name of DILS SHERMAN IV, and for which the tax lien(s) theron was sold by the sheriff of Wood County at the sale of delinquent taxes on 10th day of November, 2021, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after April 24, 2023 as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
