On or about 11/9/2014 J. B., JR. the above-named child was born to CHARITY LASURE WATSON. It appears that the whereabouts of the father, JERROLD BOWERS of the above-named child are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on MAY 5, 2023, at the hour of 11:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The JERROLD BOWERS has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation MATT MCCASE, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 400 MARKET ST., PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 699-4944.
