YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Guardianship of the above-identified children born to DENISE ECHARD, the children’s mother, and CRAIG HARDY, the children’s father, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia.
A hearing on the Petition will be held on the 31st day of March, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. before Judge Robert A. Waters, #2 Government Square, Room 321, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101, pursuant to Article 1 of Chapter 44 of the Code of West Virginia.
If you fail to appear at the hearing on the date and time specified, or if you fail to file a written response to the allegations contained in the Petition for Guardianship, further action may be taken including the granting of the guardianship without any further notice to you. Your written response should be addressed to the Debra L. Steed, PLLC, P.O. Box 225, Parkersburg, WV 26101 and the Wood County Circuit Court, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101.
