The City of Wheeling will receive sealed bids for seven (7) Police utility vehicles. In the office of the City Manager of the City of Wheeling, on Thursday @ 2:00 p.m. September 1, 2016, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The City of Wheeling has the right to reject any/or all bids and to waive any defects in the specifications.
Bid is to be addressed to the City Manager of the City of Wheeling. The envelope shall be marked Police Vehicles.
