LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to Chapter 16, Article 5G of the West Virginia Code, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Davis Health System, a non-profit corporation, will hold a special meeting on Thursday, March 22, 2023, in the administrative offices of Davis Medical Center in Elkins, West Virginia at 12:30 pm. for the purpose of considering a financing proposal. Pursuant to the said statue, such a meeting is open to the public.
