The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that AARON DUWAYNE MULLINS is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, AARON DUWAYNE MULLINS Respondent, serve upon ELIZABETH ANNE MULLINS, Petitioner, whose address is 1700 Blizzard Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before April 24, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
