The City of Williamstown Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 7:00p.m. in the Williamstown City Council Chambers, 100 W. 5 th Street, Williamstown, WV 26187. The following item will be discussed:
A request for a variance from City Code Uses of Property in Zone I, 1313.03(f) uses accessory to permitted uses including Home occupation though carried on for gain to allow for a home occupation (daycare) not in or directly attached to their own dwelling at 107 Snodgrass Lane, Williamstown, West Virginia.
