Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of April, 2023 at 9:00 o’clock, a.m., or as soon thereafter as the mater can be heard, Petitioner, Marlana Brickles will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge David Wilmoth, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Marlana Dawn Brickles to Marlana Dawn Friel. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
