The Randolph County Commission will hold a hearing on April 6, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. regarding the estates of Victor E. Armstrong and Josephine Jodi (Arizona) Wingfield. The purpose of this hearing is to remove the personal representatives of these two estates and have the Sheriff of Randolph County appointed to finish the duties. This is pursuant to WV Code 44-2-19a. Any interested parties that have a concern or conflict should attend this hearing, in person.
