Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of April 2023, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner Kelsey Pelphrey, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Watersfor the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her childs name from Corbin Maddix Wells to Corbin Maddix Paul. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
