Davis & Elkins College of Elkins WV, located at 100 Campus Drive, Elkins WV, is requesting bids to replace the roof of Liberal Arts Hall on the D&E campus. The bid package is available by contacting Tina Vial at 304-997-4284, [email protected]. The property will be open for a mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 13, 2023 at 10am. All bids must be received no later than 5:00pm on Friday, April 21, 2023. Mailed, delivered, or emailed submittals will be accepted. Partial funds for this project are through the WV State Historic Preservation Office. All applicable federal, state, and local laws, and rules and regulations apply.
