The object of the above entitled action for the Court to declare the Contract of Sale null and void and for Plaintiff to request possession to the property located at 1340 Lynn Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 the following additional relief and for Defendant to remove all personal property from the home and, if any, from the Court: Defendant be ejected or evicted from the premises by directing the Sheriff to remove the Defendant on a date certain. That Defendant be required to answer or make appearance as in an action.
It is ordered that GIOVANNA ANGELLI FISH do serve upon the Wood County Circuit Court, whose address is 2 Government Square, Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense April 24, 2023, otherwise judgment by to the complaint filed in this action on or before default will be taken against GIOVANNA ANGELIA FISH at any time thereafter.
