TO Austin Wilson, father of C.W., date of birth December 16, 2008, be advised that a matter is pending in the Circuit Court of Taylor County, West Virginia, as case number 21-JA-69 involving your parental rights, if any, to a female child whose date of birth is December 16, 2008. You must appear at a hearing scheduled for May 04, 2023 at 9:30 am at the Taylor County Circuit Court, at 214 W Main St, Grafton, WV. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you, your parental rights may be forever terminated, and you may thereafter be barred from asserting any future claims for parental rights.
