As Respondents Dustin Tillman McElveen and Blaine Brumage have not been found, despite due diligence to locate them, Petitioners Donna and Donald Daugherty notice these Respondents that they have filed a Petition for Adoption for the minor children noted above. A copy of said petition is available at the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Wood County, 2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia. Any response to said petition shall be served upon counsel for Petitioners, Angela M. White, Legal Aid of West Virginia, 110 S. Third Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301.
Dustin McElveen and Blaine Brumage are further notified that Petitioners’ petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge John D. Beane on the 12th day of May, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Wood County Judicial Center, 2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Your parental rights may be terminated by these proceedings, and you have the right to appear and defend those rights at this hearing.
