The Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute’s Administrative Council, St. Marys, WV will receive bids for Phase II of LED Lighting Replacement / Upgrades at the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute until 1:00 p.m., local prevailing time on the 5th day of May, 2023, at the office of the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute, St. Marys, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference, for General Construction, has been scheduled for the 21st day of April, 2023, at 10:30 a.m., at the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute, St. Marys, WV. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting.
The contract documents are available only from the architect’s electronic distribution system. Login credentials will be sent to all prospective contractors and subcontractors after the request is made to [email protected]. Addenda will be only distributed electronically from the Architects electronic distribution system to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
The Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute’s Administrative Council, St. Marys, WV reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
