On or about March 14, 2023 X.M., the above-named child, was born to DESTINY MARTINEZ. On or about December 13, 2018 Z.P. the above-named child, was born to HANAH PARSONS. It appears that the whereabouts of the father of above-named children, WILLIAM FLUHARTY, is unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JUNE 16, 2023 at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, WILLIAM FLUHARTY, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JAMES GRIESACKER, P.O. BOX 63, EVANS, WV 25241 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 916-7020.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, WILLIAM FLUHARTY with respect of the above-named children, X.M. and Z.P.
