PO BOX 205 WHITESVILLE, WV 25209 Location: WHITESVILLE, RALEIGH COUNTY Latitude: 37 : 57 : 26 Longitude: 81 : 32 : 12 Receiving Stream: Marsh Fork Activity: Operate and maintain a disposal system and best management practices for the direct discharge of untreated storm water runoff via Outlet No. 001, 002 and 003 into Marsh Fork, a tributary of the Coal River, a tributary of the Kanawha River. The outlets identified in the Permit is an existing outlet. An antidegradation review has been conducted and Tier 1 protection is provided for the uses specified in Title 47, Series 2, Section 6. Business conducted: Distributor of petroleum products. Implementation: Administrative Order No. 8604 On the basis of review of the application, the “Water Pollution Control Act (Chapter 22, Article 11-8(a)),” and the “West Virginia Legislative Rules,” the State of West Virginia will act on the above application. Any interested person may submit written comments on the draft permit and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice. Comments received within this period will be considered prior to acting on the permit application. The Director shall hold a public hearing whenever a finding is made, on the basis of requests, that there is a significant degree of public interest on issues relevant to the Draft Permit(s). Interested persons may contact the public information office to obtain further information. The application, draft permit and any required fact sheet may be inspected, by appointment, at the Division of Water and Waste Management Public Information Office, at 601 57th Street SE, Charleston, WV 25304-2345, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on business days.
