Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of June 2023, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner(s), Iris Reyes, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her childs name from Kris Adrian Stevens to Kris Adrian Reyes. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
