The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that BEN JOSHUA JOHNSON is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, BEN JOSHUA JOHNSON Respondent, serve upon TONYA MARIE JOHNSON, Petitioner, C/O CELESTE RIDGWAY, CIRCUIT CLERK, whose address is #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before June 21, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
