Now comes the Petitioner, Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, by counsel, who states that the object of the above styled suit is for a declaratory judgment quieting title in a manufactured home, in regards to the subject real estate more commonly known as: Route 1 Box 169-1 n/k/a 2542 Chenoweth Creek Rd., Elkins, WV 26241.
It is ordered that Respondents, Kimberly M. Ariola and Michael E. Ariola, do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action within thirty (30) days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
