Draper, is unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondent serve upon Petitioner’s attorney W. Scott Campbell, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 815 Quarrier Street, Suite 209, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, within twenty (20) days of entry of this Order; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondent at any time thereafter.
