CIRCUIT COURT OF WOOD COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of June, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Montgomery Scott Dowler will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Montgomery Scott Dowler to Montgomery Scott Archer. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
