Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of June 2023, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner(s), Brittany Tallman, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her childs name from Blaine Charles Allen McClung to Blaine Charles Tallman and Lux Auriell McClung to Lux Auriell Tallman At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
