PUBLIC NOTICE
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday the 13th of June, 2023, at 7:30PM for all interested citizens of the City of Parkersburg. The purpose is to hear public comment regarding a proposed Ordinance to increase the annual Sanitation Fee from $192/annually payable in monthly installments of $16/month to $216/annually payable in monthly installments of $18/month.
The hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the City Council in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the Municipal Building located at One Government Square, Parkersburg, WV, 26101. The proposed Ordinance can be examined in the City Clerk’s office on the second floor of the Municipal Building between the hours of 10:00AM and 4:00PM. All interested citizens will have the opportunity to give written or oral comment. Senior citizens are encouraged to attend and comment.
