The Wood- Washington- Wirt Interstate Planning Commission (WWW) will hold a Special Policy Board Meeting on June 14, 2023, at 10am. The WWW meeting is open to the public and may be attended virtually using the link provided on the agency website at www.triplew.org. The meeting agenda includes amendments to the Fiscal Year 2021-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the West Virginia portion of WWW’s service area in Wood County. The TIP documents highway, transit, and bicycle-pedestrian projects programmed over the four-year period utilizing federal funding. In accordance with the public participation requirements for WWW, anyone interested in reviewing the proposed amendments can visit the agency website. WWW staff will also be available for comments by contacting Tracy Brown at (304) 699-3720. All comments must be submitted by 4 PM on June 13, 2023, to be considered in the decision-making process. Any person in need of assistance, sign, or foreign language interpretation, call the telephone number shown above by June 7, 2023. This notice of public involvement activities and time established for public review and comment satisfies the program of projects public participation requirements.
